Cornish Pasties – Cook from frozen for minimum of 50 mins to 1 hour (as the content & pastry is traditionally raw when cooked), then rest for 5-10 mins prior to serving.
Pasty should be cooked through & Golden Brown with some juice running from the hole in the center.
Other Pasties – Cook from frozen for 35-45 mins, then rest for 5-10 mins prior to serving. The contents of all our other Pasties have been pre-cooked, however the pastry is raw.
Pasty should be golden in colour and contents heated through
NOTE: It is not uncommon for content to leak out slightly through the center hole.
If you find the pastry browns too quickly, once golden, cover the pasty with parchment for the remainder of the cooking process
Our cooked pasties are to be stored in refrigerated or a cool place <4 degrees, and to be consumed within 3 days of purchase.
